1. किस पर लागू1. Scope

  • BargainClub.in का संचालन राहुल जैन (प्रोप्राइटर, GST रजिस्टर्ड), 201/37, केडिया पंचवटी, अजमेर रोड, जयपुर, राजस्थान द्वारा किया जाता है ("BargainClub", "हम")।
  • ये शर्तें हर उस बिज़नेस, बिल्डर, डीलर या ब्रांड ("ब्रांड") पर लागू हैं जो BargainClub पर प्रोडक्ट या प्रोजेक्ट लिस्ट करने के लिए भेजता है।
  • BargainClub.in is operated by Rahul Jain (sole proprietor, GST registered), 201/37, Kedia Panchwati, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan ("BargainClub", "we").
  • These terms apply to every business, builder, dealer or brand ("Brand") that submits a product or project for listing on BargainClub.

2. लिस्टिंग और मंज़ूरी2. Listing and approval

  • सिर्फ़ ₹25,000 या उससे ज़्यादा कीमत वाले प्रोडक्ट / प्रोजेक्ट।
  • फ़ॉर्म भेजने से लिस्टिंग की गारंटी नहीं होती। मंज़ूरी पूरी तरह BargainClub के फ़ैसले पर है, और हम बिना कारण बताए मना कर सकते हैं।
  • हम किसी भी समय लिस्टिंग हटा सकते हैं, खासकर अगर जानकारी गलत निकले या मेंबर्स की शिकायतें आएँ।
  • Only products / projects priced at ₹25,000 or more.
  • Submitting the form does not guarantee a listing. Approval is at BargainClub's sole discretion, and we may decline without giving a reason.
  • We may remove a listing at any time, especially if information proves false or members complain.

3. सही जानकारी और सच्चा ऑफ़र3. Accurate information and a genuine offer

  • दी गई कीमत, ऑफ़र और जानकारी सच्ची और पूरी होनी चाहिए।
  • "MRP / सामान्य कीमत" वही होनी चाहिए जिस पर आप आम ग्राहकों को सच में बेचते हैं। ग्रुप डिस्काउंट दिखाने के लिए कीमत बढ़ाकर नहीं लिखी जा सकती।
  • लाइव डील का ऑफ़र, तय समय और शर्तों तक सभी योग्य मेंबर्स को मिलना चाहिए।
  • Prices, offers and information must be true and complete.
  • The "MRP / regular price" must be the price at which you genuinely sell to ordinary customers. Prices may not be inflated to make a group discount look bigger.
  • A live deal's offer must be honoured for all eligible members until the stated deadline and conditions.

4. फ़ीस4. Fees

  • BargainClub मेंबर्स से कोई कमीशन नहीं लेता। ब्रांड्स विज्ञापन / स्पॉन्सरशिप फ़ीस दे सकते हैं, जो अलग से इनवॉइस (GST सहित) पर तय होगी।
  • यह फ़ीस मेंबर्स की कीमत में नहीं जोड़ी जा सकती।
  • फ़ीस देने वाली लिस्टिंग पर "Sponsored" लिखा जाएगा।
  • फ़ीस किसी बिक्री या लीड की संख्या पर आधारित नहीं है। हम बिक्री की गारंटी नहीं देते।
  • BargainClub charges members no commission. Brands may pay an advertising / sponsorship fee, agreed separately on an invoice (with GST).
  • This fee may not be added to the price members pay.
  • Listings that pay a fee will be labelled "Sponsored".
  • Fees are not based on the number of sales or leads. We do not guarantee any sales.

5. प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग5. Property listings

  • प्रोजेक्ट RERA राजस्थान में रजिस्टर्ड होना चाहिए (जहाँ ज़रूरी हो), और RERA नंबर लिस्टिंग में दिखाया जाएगा।
  • सभी ब्रोशर और दावे RERA के नियमों के अनुसार होने चाहिए।
  • The project must be registered with RERA Rajasthan (where required), and the RERA number will be shown on the listing.
  • All brochures and claims must comply with RERA rules.

6. ब्रांड की ज़िम्मेदारी6. Brand responsibilities

  • प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी, डिलीवरी, वारंटी, सर्विस, रिफ़ंड, बिलिंग और कानूनी अनुपालन की पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी ब्रांड की है।
  • मेंबर्स पेमेंट सीधे ब्रांड को करते हैं; BargainClub बिक्री में पार्टी नहीं है।
  • ब्रांड मानता है कि उसकी लिस्टिंग से जुड़े किसी भी दावे या नुकसान के लिए BargainClub को ज़िम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा, और ऐसे दावों की भरपाई ब्रांड करेगा।
  • The Brand is fully responsible for product quality, delivery, warranty, service, refunds, billing and legal compliance.
  • Members pay the Brand directly; BargainClub is not a party to the sale.
  • The Brand will indemnify BargainClub against any claim or loss arising from its listing, products or conduct.

7. मेंबर्स का डेटा7. Member data

  • मेंबर्स की जानकारी सिर्फ़ उनकी सहमति के बाद, और सिर्फ़ उस डील के लिए दी जाएगी।
  • ब्रांड यह जानकारी किसी और काम, मार्केटिंग लिस्ट, या किसी तीसरे पक्ष के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं करेगा, और मेंबर्स को स्पैम नहीं करेगा।
  • Member details are shared only with the member's consent, and only for that deal.
  • The Brand will not use these details for any other purpose, add them to marketing lists, pass them to third parties, or spam members.

8. ब्रांड नाम और लोगो8. Brand name and logo

  • ब्रांड हमें लिस्टिंग और प्रमोशन के लिए अपना नाम, लोगो और प्रोडक्ट की फ़ोटो इस्तेमाल करने की अनुमति देता है।
  • The Brand permits us to use its name, logo and product images to list and promote the deal.

9. कानून और संपर्क9. Law and contact

  • ये शर्तें भारत के कानून के अधीन हैं। विवाद जयपुर, राजस्थान की अदालतों में सुने जाएँगे।
