1. हम कौन हैं1. Who we are

  • BargainClub.in का संचालन राहुल जैन (प्रोप्राइटर, GST रजिस्टर्ड), 201/37, केडिया पंचवटी, अजमेर रोड, जयपुर, राजस्थान द्वारा किया जाता है ("BargainClub", "हम")।
  • BargainClub एक ग्रुप बाइंग क्लब है। हम एक जैसी चीज़ खरीदना चाहने वाले लोगों को एक साथ लाते हैं और कंपनियों से ग्रुप ऑफ़र के लिए बात करते हैं।
  • हम विक्रेता, ब्रोकर या एजेंट नहीं हैं। आप प्रोडक्ट सीधे कंपनी से खरीदते हैं, और पेमेंट सीधे कंपनी को करते हैं। हम आपके प्रोडक्ट का पैसा नहीं लेते।
  • हम मेंबर्स से 0% कमीशन लेते हैं। हमारी कमाई ब्रांड्स से विज्ञापन और स्पॉन्सरशिप फ़ीस से होती है। यह फ़ीस मेंबर्स की कीमत में नहीं जोड़ी जाती।
  • BargainClub.in is operated by Rahul Jain (sole proprietor, GST registered), 201/37, Kedia Panchwati, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan ("BargainClub", "we").
  • BargainClub is a group-buying club. We bring together people who want to buy the same thing and ask companies for a group offer.
  • We are not a seller, broker or agent. You buy directly from the company and pay the company directly. We never collect payment for products.
  • We charge members 0% commission. We earn from advertising and sponsorship fees paid by brands. These fees are not added to the price members pay.

2. कौन जुड़ सकता है2. Who can join

  • 18 साल या उससे ज़्यादा उम्र का कोई भी भारतीय निवासी।
  • आपकी दी गई जानकारी सही होनी चाहिए। एक व्यक्ति का एक ही अकाउंट होगा।
  • Any resident of India aged 18 or over.
  • The information you give must be accurate. One account per person.

3. मेंबरशिप टियर3. Membership tiers

  • Pearl: FREE, 1 साल के लिए। सभी डील्स देख सकते हैं; अप्लायंसेज़ डील्स ले सकते हैं। बाकी डील्स Emerald और ऊपर के लिए हैं। [पुष्टि बाकी: 1 साल बाद Pearl फ़्री रिन्यू होगा या नहीं]
  • Emerald: ₹4,999, 10 साल के लिए (जल्द आ रहा है)। Pearl के सब फ़ायदे, सभी डील्स, और 7 दिन तक पहले एक्सेस।
  • Ruby: ₹10,000, 10 साल के लिए (जल्द आ रहा है)। Emerald के सब फ़ायदे, प्राथमिकता, पर्सनल मदद और खास पर्क्स।
  • Diamond: सिर्फ़ न्योते से।
  • वैधता खरीद की तारीख से गिनी जाएगी। [पुष्टि बाकी: कीमतें GST सहित हैं या अलग]
  • रिफ़ंड का वादा: अगर आपकी पेड मेंबरशिप के पहले साल के अंदर क्लब बंद होता है, तो बचे हुए सालों का पैसा अनुपात में (pro-rata) वापस किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, कानून में ज़रूरी होने के सिवा, मेंबरशिप फ़ीस वापस नहीं होती।
  • पार्टनर क्लब: किसी एक क्लब / संस्था के 100 या ज़्यादा मेंबर्स जुड़ें, तो उन सबको Emerald फ़्री मिल सकता है (लिखित पुष्टि के बाद)।
  • Pearl: FREE, for 1 year. See all deals; take appliance deals. Other deals are for Emerald and above. [To confirm: whether Pearl renews free after 1 year]
  • Emerald: ₹4,999 for 10 years (coming soon). Everything in Pearl, every deal, and up to 7-day early access.
  • Ruby: ₹10,000 for 10 years (coming soon). Everything in Emerald, plus priority, personal help and special perks.
  • Diamond: invite-only.
  • Validity runs from the date of purchase. [To confirm: whether prices include GST]
  • Refund promise: if the club closes within the first year of your paid membership, the unused years are refunded pro-rata. Otherwise membership fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires.
  • Partner clubs: if 100 or more members of one club or association join, they may all receive Emerald free (once confirmed in writing).

4. डील्स4. Deals

  • हम कोई डिस्काउंट, कीमत या न्यूनतम खरीदारों की गारंटी नहीं देते। हर डील कंपनी की अपनी शर्तों पर है।
  • प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी, डिलीवरी, वारंटी, सर्विस और रिफ़ंड की ज़िम्मेदारी बेचने वाली कंपनी की है। खरीदने से पहले खुद जाँच करें।
  • प्रॉपर्टी डील्स में प्रोजेक्ट का RERA रजिस्ट्रेशन, दस्तावेज़ और टाइटल खुद या अपने वकील से जाँचें।
  • "मुझे दिलचस्पी है" दबाना सिर्फ़ रुचि बताना है, खरीदने का वादा नहीं।
  • "Sponsored" लिखी डील के लिए ब्रांड ने हमें विज्ञापन फ़ीस दी है।
  • We do not guarantee any discount, price or minimum number of buyers. Each deal is subject to the company's own terms.
  • The selling company is responsible for product quality, delivery, warranty, service and refunds. Please check before you buy.
  • For property deals, verify the project's RERA registration, documents and title yourself or with your lawyer.
  • Pressing "I'm interested" only registers interest. It is not a promise to buy.
  • Deals marked "Sponsored" are ones where the brand has paid us an advertising fee.

5. आपकी जानकारी शेयर करना5. Sharing your details

  • हम आपकी जानकारी किसी कंपनी को तभी देते हैं जब आप उस डील के लिए साफ़ हाँ कहें। पूरी जानकारी: प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी।
  • We share your details with a company only after you clearly agree for that deal. Details: Privacy Policy.

6. जेम्स (रिवॉर्ड पॉइंट्स)6. Gems (reward points)

  • जेम्स का नाम आपके टियर पर होता है (Pearls, Emeralds, Rubies, Diamonds)। टियर बदलने पर बैलेंस 1:1 वही रहता है।
  • जेम्स कमाने के नियम लीडर्स पेज पर हैं। पेड टियर शुरू होने पर: 2,500 जेम्स = Emerald, 6,000 जेम्स = Ruby।
  • जेम्स का कोई नकद मूल्य नहीं है। इन्हें खरीदा, बेचा, ट्रांसफ़र या पैसे में बदला नहीं जा सकता।
  • 12 महीने तक अकाउंट में कोई गतिविधि न हो, तो जेम्स खत्म हो जाते हैं।
  • फ़र्ज़ी अकाउंट, फ़र्ज़ी रेफ़रल या गलत तरीके से कमाए जेम्स हम हटा सकते हैं, और ऐसे अकाउंट बंद कर सकते हैं।
  • हम जेम्स के नियम बदल सकते हैं। बदलाव की सूचना वेबसाइट या WhatsApp कम्युनिटी पर दी जाएगी; पहले से कमाए जेम्स पर असर नहीं होगा।
  • Gems are named after your tier (Pearls, Emeralds, Rubies, Diamonds). Your balance carries over 1:1 when you change tier.
  • How to earn gems is listed on the Leaders page. Once paid tiers launch: 2,500 gems = Emerald, 6,000 gems = Ruby.
  • Gems have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
  • Gems expire if there is no activity on your account for 12 months.
  • We may remove gems earned through fake accounts, fake referrals or misuse, and close such accounts.
  • We may change the gem rules. Changes will be announced on the website or in the WhatsApp Community and will not affect gems already earned.

7. सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट7. Social media posts

  • अगर आप किसी डील या क्लब के बारे में पोस्ट करते हैं और उसके लिए आपको जेम्स या कोई फ़ायदा मिलता है, तो पोस्ट में #BargainClubMember ज़रूर लिखें (ASCI के नियमों के अनुसार)।
  • @bargainclub.in टैग करने पर हम आपकी पोस्ट आपको क्रेडिट देकर दोबारा शेयर कर सकते हैं।
  • If you post about a deal or the club and receive gems or any benefit for it, include #BargainClubMember in the post (as required by ASCI guidelines).
  • If you tag @bargainclub.in, we may reshare your post with credit to you.

8. कम्युनिटी के नियम8. Community rules

  • WhatsApp कम्युनिटी में स्पैम, अपना सामान बेचना, फ़ॉरवर्ड, राजनीति या बदतमीज़ी नहीं।
  • नियम तोड़ने पर हम किसी को भी कम्युनिटी या क्लब से हटा सकते हैं।
  • No spam, selling your own products, forwards, politics or abuse in the WhatsApp Community.
  • We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from the community or the club.

9. ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा9. Limitation of liability

  • कानून जितनी अनुमति देता है, उस हद तक किसी भी खरीदारी से होने वाले नुकसान के लिए हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी, आपकी चुकाई मेंबरशिप फ़ीस से ज़्यादा नहीं होगी।
  • To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss relating to a purchase will not exceed the membership fee you paid us.

10. बदलाव, कानून और संपर्क10. Changes, law and contact

  • हम इन शर्तों को बदल सकते हैं; नई शर्तें इस पेज पर तारीख के साथ होंगी।
  • ये शर्तें भारत के कानून के अधीन हैं। विवाद जयपुर, राजस्थान की अदालतों में सुने जाएँगे।
